Creating a Strategic Master Plan is a complex and iterative operation requiring that many scenarios must be examined. Three components are the basis of a scenario definition: marketing objectives, technical feasibility and economic study.

 

TOM ’s functional modules are built with the same flow than a Master Plan is draft.

-      Thanks to TOMTMRadio  multiple technologies feature, it is possible to perform dimensioning for GSM, DCS, CDMA, GPRS and UMTS technologies. -      TOMTMRadio allows a clear and exhaustive formulation of geo-marketing inputs in terms of services area (contour, surface and clutter type), service coverage requirements (CS PS) and quality of service requirements (penetration type, user mobility).

-      TOMTMRadio allows a clear and exhaustive formulation of geo-marketing inputs in terms of user profile definition, in terms of traffic demand per user profile (per service) and in terms of number of possible users per service area. It also allows to input the ARPU by user profile

-      TOMTMRadio allows to calculate a traffic distributed forecast based on demand and subscriber profiling

-      TOMTMRadio ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) and AND (Automatically Network Dimensioning)  algorithms allow to provide an optimized dimensioning by generating sites and pre-position them according to coverage and quality objectives as well to define the number of TRX / Carrier required to balance the demand. TOMTMRadio optimization module allows to automatically tune azimuth and antenna tilts

-      TOMTMRadio provides all the required reports and screen displays to evaluate a scenario such as budget, scenario opportunity, ARPU by site, Site saturation, financial reports, etc.
