New Services Assessment
In the existing competitive environment, operators are trying to make a difference by improving their network quality (see network optimization offering) and by offering new services (such as regional vs nationwide or free minutes).
XTel proposes to help marketing teams to evaluate the cost impacting the existing network with the creation of a new service. Some of new services can have a very limited impact of the existing network: capacity and coverage are enough to provide the adequate resource, some new services will impact the network and new equipment will have to be installed.
With the data emergence, a stronger coordination between marketing and engineering /operational team will have to be implemented to appreciate the cost impact for new services as well as the Quality impact for existing subscribers.
